LendEthics’ strength is based on our ability to provide a “rating system” that evaluates Loan Professionals on an individual basis. This is accomplished through a detailed loan survey which is completed by people just like you. That’s why our motto is “Rated by the people. For the peoplesm”.

There will be a series of questions that will require the consumer to rate the Loan Professional on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best and 1 being the worst. Once the survey is completed and processed by LendEthics, we will average out the score and give a rating percentage for that survey. The percentage of that survey will then get averaged with the previous percentage(s) to give an overall rating for the Loan Professional. LendEthics will create the survey. To ensure quality assurance LendEthics reserves the right to make changes to the survey at anytime.
