How We Score - LendEthics

We created an easy-to-follow loan process designed around you. While we do the legwork, you’re always in control. Here’s how it works:

1.	First, you fill out our “get a free quote” form. (We know you’re busy, so we’ve streamlined and simplified the questions. It should only take about 3 minutes.)
2.	Once you submit the completed form - we go to work. Based on your input, we cross-check our entire network of Approved Loan Professionals and provide you with up to four Loan Professionals that best suit your personal situation.
3.	Next, you’ll receive an email containing contact information and individual rating scores on your four Loan Professionals. (See how people just like you rated their experience with these professionals.)
4.	You’re in the driver’s seat now. Contact your Approved Loan Professionals via email, and in return they will present their individual loan solutions to you.
5.	Once you have received your loan solutions you can decide on which Loan Professional to go with. Now it’s just a matter of completing the loan with him or her.
6.	Once your loan is secured, LendEthics will email you an online rating reply questionnaire. Now it’s your turn to rate your Loan Professional, and our services as well. Your honest, unbiased input is critical to the process and vital to future borrowers just like yourself.
LendEthics offers the most complete and valuable system in the mortgage industry. Unlike other industry companies that rate loan company’s, we want you to review and rate the individual Approved Loan Professional. But we don’t stop there… to help ensure you receive the best service and loans, LendEthics will be sending you “checking the status” emails at key stages in the loan process. The purpose is obvious - we want to make sure that every step of your loan process is positive and rewarding. Our rating system allows for no loopholes or second chances. Once a loan professional receives a “poor” rating, he or she is out. Period. This is why you can rely on LendEthics.
